MyCIB provides a range of research support services to other groups, both within and outside of the University of Nottingham. We also maintain a list of computational biology resources available at the University here.
The MyCIB Support Service offers full Bioinformatics and Computer Infrastructure support with large high-throughput datasets. We also offer many sets of analysis including transcriptomic, metabolomic, systems approaches, and network-based analysis.
We offer a paid service and welcome collaborations with other groups.
